Digital Workplace Support Specialist Remote

Elevate the employee experience at Syntax as a Digital Workplace Support Specialist. Provide IT support for over 3000 employees in a hybrid PC and Mac environment, with remote flexibility. Syntax needs a support specialist to enhance the Digital Employee Experience for its global workforce. This role involves remote and some office tasks, working within a dynamic team across different time zones. Key responsibilities include supporting Microsoft Office 365, onboarding employees, and managing office networking and videoconferencing setups. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide IT support for Windows and Mac environments
- Manage employee IT onboarding processes
- Assist with meeting room setups and videoconferencing support
- Support office networking and telephony systems
- Respond to incidents and requests using ServiceNow
- Minimum 2 years experience in relevant IT support areas
- Expertise in Windows, Mac, and mobile device troubleshooting
- Experience in IT asset management and procurement
- Basic knowledge of Active Directory and Microsoft Intune
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
