Job Type : part-time, permanent

What you will be doing:

 

• Set up and maintain the breakfast area, ensuring fresh, high-quality food and beverage options are available for guests.
• Provide efficient, friendly, and attentive service while working independently.
• Build positive relationships with guests and confidently answer questions regarding menu items, services, and hotel offerings.
• Ensure guests have an enjoyable dining experience by anticipating needs and responding to requests in a timely manner.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked breakfast area, including clearing and resetting tables as needed.
• Complete opening and closing duties, including preparing and closing down the breakfast station, cleaning equipment, and washing dishes.
• Demonstrate good judgment, professionalism, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned to support daily operations.

Position Requirements

 

• Availability to work mornings and weekends is required.
• Previous customer service experience is considered an asset, preferably within the hospitality or food and beverage industry.
• A positive, friendly, and approachable attitude with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle guest needs and requests professionally.
• Ability to remain organized, adaptable, and composed in a fast-paced environment.
• A strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service and creating positive guest experiences.
• Ability to quickly build rapport and establish positive relationships with guests and team members.
