- Oversee coordination of BizTown operations and simulations
- Document and track student attendance and performance
- Assist in preparing materials and logistics for simulations
- Create and manage social media content for program visibility
- Prepare documentation and evaluate program success
- Bachelor’s degree in Development Studies or equivalent
- Highly proficient in English communication
- Tech-savvy with experience in Microsoft applications
- Passionate about youth engagement and development
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
