Manager of Support Services Operations

Lead the Support Services team at West Coast Seniors Housing Management, focusing on Food, Housekeeping, and Laundry services. Your leadership will ensure high standards and exceptional resident care. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily operations while reporting directly to the facility's General Manager. Your experience managing staff in a healthcare setting will aid in driving improved outcomes for residents. Key Responsibilities:
- Directly manage Food, Housekeeping, and Laundry services
- Ensure compliance with health regulations and standards
- Develop action plans to improve service delivery
- Conduct staff performance evaluations and training
- Organize and implement seasonal menus for residents
- Graduate from a recognized Nutrition and Food Services program
- Supervisory experience of at least two years
- Required certifications in Food Safe and Serving It Right
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
