In this role, you will manage and optimize Mejuri's paid social channels to enhance net merchandise value and digital traffic. Collaborating with the Creative team, you will take ownership of campaign execution, budget pacing, and real-time optimization. Your insights will shape campaign strategies and present to leadership for impactful decision-making.
Key Responsibilities: - Execute paid social campaigns accurately and timely - Manage budgets, ensuring they align with plans - Optimize expenditures based on performance metrics - Resolve platform issues efficiently before launches - Design and maintain quarterly testing roadmaps
Requirements: - 2-4 years of hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager - Managed monthly budgets exceeding $250k - Strong analytical skills in Google Sheets or Excel - Experience in e-commerce, especially in fashion or beauty - Proven ability to communicate performance insights clearly
