Technical Growth Marketing Manager

Drive Rootstock Software’s paid acquisition engine remotely across the United States or Canada, using Google Ads, AdRoll, and technical SEO.This hands-on marketer owns budget allocation behind roughly half of top-of-funnel pipeline. You will scale paid programs, improve conversion, and build growth infrastructure in Claude Code. The work spans reporting, automation, review-site discoverability, and campaign support.Key Responsibilities:
Own Google Ads and AdRoll performance against ICP termsMake data-backed incremental spend decisionsShip pages, integrations, and automation in Claude CodeTrack channels and present results to leadershipManage G2 and AI-tool discoverabilityRequirements:
Three to five years in growth or performance marketing preferredDirect ownership of paid budgets and advertising resultsComfort with automation, spreadsheets, SQL, or scriptingTechnical SEO and conversion optimization experienceStrong analytical and executive communication abilitiesBuild measurable acquisition at Rootstock Software through paid media, technical SEO, experimentation, and practical automation.
