Access Healthcare Services Inc. is seeking passionate Registered Nurses and Registered Practical Nurses to enhance community care in Ottawa. This full-time role emphasizes high-quality, client-centered care and encompasses comprehensive assessments and holistic planning. Candidates will work within their full scope of practice as per CNO standards and uphold AHS’s mission and values. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality in-home client-centered care
- Conduct comprehensive client assessments for care planning
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team
- Adhere to infection prevention measures and best practices
- Participate in an on-call nursing rotation
- Current RN or RPN registration with CNO
- Proof of Covid-19 vaccination
- Valid driver’s license and vehicle
- Recent Vulnerable Sector Police Check
- Strong assessment and communication skills
