HR Workflow and Governance Specialist
Armstrong Fluid Technology
Elevate HR practices at Armstrong Fluid Technology as an HR Workflow and Governance Specialist. Focus on improving processes, implementing automations, and standardizing HR data management in a multinational environment. With 5-8 years of hands-on experience in HR operations or process improvement, you'll be integral in ensuring effective governance of HR workflows and policies. You will lead the transition from manual to digital processes, develop standard operating protocols, and coordinate cross-functional HR projects that enhance operational effectiveness. Your role will drive critical governance initiatives to maintain high standards of data integrity. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead mapping and standardization of HR processes
- Develop metrics to monitor HR data quality
- Automate HR workflows for efficiency
- Coordinate HR policy governance and communication
- Manage HR special projects for operational enhancement
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or relevant field
- 5-8 years of experience in HR or Shared Services
- Proven track record in digital workflow implementation

- Experience in global HR settings preferred
