We are looking for a talented and passionate Chef to join our restaurant team. The ideal candidate is an experienced culinary professional who takes pride in creating high-quality dishes, maintaining excellent kitchen standards, and leading a team in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to menu specifications.
- Preparing Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner menus time to time to fit the local customers.
- Maintain consistent food quality, presentation, and portion control.
- Lead, train, and motivate kitchen staff.
- Manage daily kitchen operations and coordinate food preparation.
- Maintain food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards.
- Monitor inventory and assist with ordering food and kitchen supplies.
- Minimize food waste and help control food costs.
- Develop new menu items and seasonal specials when required.
- Work closely with management and front-of-house staff to ensure excellent service.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Chef, Sous Chef, or senior kitchen professional.
- Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and food safety standards.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a busy restaurant.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Culinary education or equivalent professional experience is an asset.
- Food safety certification is preferred/required.
