Rachelle-Béry Health Boutique Department Manager
Number of hours per week: between 40 and 40. Shift: Day. Availability: Anytime.

Responsibilities
- Oversee the various management activities for each of the store departments under your supervision.
- Be responsible for the profitability and smooth operations of each store.
- Define objectives, communicate expectations, and perform necessary follow‑ups for continuous improvement with your team.
- Supervise the management of purchases, inventories, price lists, merchandising, and sales per hour/person to ensure business readiness.
- Select, train, evaluate, and motivate team members, surrounding them with competent people.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of retail experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Demonstrated leadership skills.
- Motivated and resourceful, with an interest in food and health.
