Foundation Solutions Sales Representative

Elevate your sales career with Groundworks as an Outside Sales Representative. This full-time role focuses on face-to-face selling, offering uncapped commission while helping homeowners with foundation solutions. At Groundworks, you will thrive in a consultative, in-home sales environment. Your role involves assessing homeowners' needs, conducting detailed inspections, and providing tailored solutions using proven systems. We seek ambitious professionals driven by performance, where independence and accountability lead to career growth. Key Responsibilities:
- Travel remotely to conduct thorough in-home inspections
- Utilize pre-qualified leads to develop a personal sales portfolio
- Diagnose homeowner issues and educate them on repair options
- Estimate repairs and present job proposals for approval
- Close sales directly within the home environment
- Entrepreneurial mindset focused on results and customer satisfaction
- 1-2 years of sales experience preferred
- Experience in B2C or in-home sales is a plus
- Background in construction or home improvement beneficial
- Strong interpersonal skills for relationship building
