Senior Consultant for Kinaxis Maestro

The Kinaxis team seeks a Senior Solution Consultant experienced in driving production support and continuous enhancements for Maestro. You will ensure data quality and reliability while collaborating with business users for effective training and application adoption. Your insights will be crucial in improving system functionalities and user experience. Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary contact for configuration issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve system errors promptly
- Conduct assessments for data quality in ERP systems
- Develop user manuals and lead training activities
- Drive system configuration and enhancements
- 5 to 8 years experience with Kinaxis Maestro
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field
- Kinaxis Solution Consultant Level 2 certification
- In-depth understanding of supply chain models
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
