Technical Coordinator for Building Services

Join our company as a Technical Services Coordinator, ensuring excellent maintenance and operational support in properties across Canada. Your role will focus on safety and building inspections. In this pivotal position, the Technical Services Coordinator will facilitate the implementations of service and maintenance plans while directly overseeing technical staff. You will conduct inspections, maintain accurate records for safety certifications, and ensure that all operations comply with local regulations. Your work will significantly impact the effectiveness of our maintenance services and overall resident satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
- Implement service plans for maintenance and repairs
- Conduct ongoing inspections of building systems
- Collaborate with management to manage building operations
- Ensure all safety and service records are current
- Develop training for staff on maintenance procedures
- Trade certification in relevant technical fields
- A minimum of 4-6 years in facility maintenance
- Knowledge of fire codes and occupational health laws
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite tools
- Strong organizational and communication skills
