The Senior Estimation Team Lead is responsible for coordinating and mentoring a team of estimators in the Buildings Division. Key responsibilities include managing the full preconstruction cycle, overseeing the preparation of various estimate types, and maintaining close communication with the Preconstruction Manager. You will also foster collaboration to enhance competitive bids and lead performance through teamwork. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the estimation team through the complete preconstruction cycle
• Oversee preparation of conceptual and detailed cost estimates
• Review drawings and specifications for risks and opportunities
• Ensure consistency using standardized estimating processes
• Facilitate collaboration across operations and project teams

Requirements:

• 8+ years in construction estimating, 5+ in leadership
• Strong grasp of building methods and cost structures
• Proficient in Sage, Destini, and Microsoft Office
• Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail
• Strong problem-solving abilities under tight deadlines
