Description des tâches
- Superviser les travaux mécaniques complexes réalisés par les mécaniciens
- Apporter un soutien technique aux mécaniciens lors de travaux difficiles
- Effectuer certains travaux mécaniques au besoin
- Agir comme personne-ressource principale pour l’équipe de mécaniciens
- Servir de lien entre les mécaniciens et le Directeur du service
- Prendre en charge les diagnostics complexes de machinerie lourde
- Inspecter chaque équipement ayant été réparé afin de s’assurer qu’il soit prêt à l’utilisation et conforme aux standards de qualité
- Veiller au respect des standards de qualité établis par le Directeur du service
- Collaborer avec le Directeur du service pour planifier et coordonner les travaux entrant au garage
- Offrir un soutien sur le terrain (interventions sur la route) en cas de besoin
- Utiliser les outils informatiques ainsi que les logiciels de diagnostic multi-marques (John Deere, Caterpillar, Komatsu, Case, Volvo, etc.)
Exigences / Attentes
- Minimum de 10 ans d’expérience en mécanique de machinerie lourde et en diagnostic (obligatoire)
- Autonomie, polyvalence, proactivité, fiabilité et efficacité
- Bonne condition physique et aptitude pour le travail manuel
- Esprit d’équipe développé (courtoisie, collaboration et attitude positive)
