Strategic Corporate Development Lead

Lead corporate strategy initiatives at Lumentum as a Corporate Development Lead. Collaborate with executive leadership to analyze and execute growth opportunities. As a key member of Lumentum's Corporate Development team, you will partner with the Chief Strategy Officer to execute strategic initiatives that enhance long-term value. This role demands strong skills in financial modeling, market evaluation, and transaction structuring, aligning directly with Lumentum’s growth objectives. Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with executive leadership to define strategic initiatives
- Analyze M&A and investment opportunities for possible transactions
- Develop comprehensive financial analyses, including valuations
- Support negotiation processes and execute integration plans
- Build relationships across Lumentum’s various functions
- Minimum five years in corporate development or investment banking
- Experience in technology or semiconductor industries preferred
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills required
- Excellent communication abilities for senior executives
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field required
