Strategic Hvac Account Director

Lead strategic HVAC account sales remotely across the USA or Canada, using consultative selling to close large, multi-location deals.Blacksmith Agency seeks a Director of Strategic Accounts for HVAC, an individual contributor focused on ownership-led enterprise sales. You will sell websites, SEO, and paid media to HVAC and home service groups. The role centers on complex, multi-stakeholder deals and expansion across locations and services.Key Responsibilities:
Own discovery, proposals, negotiations, and closes across three to twelve monthsSell directly to owners, regional operators, and marketing leadersClose large agreements covering multiple HVAC group locationsExpand signed accounts into additional locations and servicesBuild major proposals with strategists and leadershipRequirements:
Record of closing over one million dollars annuallyExperience with large, multi-location, or enterprise accountsExperience selling into HVAC groups or similar buyersBackground in long, consultative, multi-decision-maker sales cyclesPreference for closing business rather than managing peopleApply strategic account selling, HVAC knowledge, and consultative deal leadership to Blacksmith Agency’s largest multi-location opportunities.
