Hvac Enterprise Sales Director

Close strategic HVAC accounts remotely across the USA or Canada using consultative selling and enterprise deal expertise. Own major multi-location opportunities from discovery through signature.Blacksmith Agency seeks a Director of Sales for HVAC, focused on websites, SEO, and paid media for multi-location groups. This individual contributor role carries a $2M annual quota across a small number of large accounts. You will work with owners, regional operators, and marketing leaders through complex buying processes.Key Responsibilities:
Lead discovery, proposals, negotiations, and closes across three to twelve monthsOpen and close strategic HVAC group accounts independentlyExpand signed groups through additional locations and servicesBuild proposals with strategists and agency leadershipManage multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cyclesRequirements:
Record of closing $1M+ annually on large accountsExperience selling to multi-location or enterprise accountsHVAC, marketing, or agency-services sales experienceExperience managing long, consultative cycles with multiple decision makersPreference for closing business over managing peopleBring enterprise selling, HVAC market knowledge, and consultative closing strength to Blacksmith Agency's largest strategic accounts.
