Devenez Associé en investissement chez Scotia iTRADE à Montréal, en offrant un support clés dans la négociation pour des clients haut de gamme. Apportez votre expertise en options et en gestion des risques dans ce rôle dynamique. Ce poste requiert au moins 2 ans d'expérience en négociation, ainsi que des connaissances sur l’évaluation des marchés d’actions. En tant qu'associé, vous devrez gérer des transactions financières complexes tout en fournissant un service client exemplaire. Vous travaillerez avec les équipes pour garantir la conformité et la satisfaction des clients tout en utilisant vos compétences analytiques. Principales responsabilités :
- Répondre à des demandes de service client avancées en négociation
- Collaborer avec diverses équipes pour cerner les problèmes
- Suivre et gérer efficacement les commandes du client
- Proposer des solutions innovantes pour la fidélisation
- Documenter les performances et les recommandations pour l’amélioration
- 2-3 ans d'expérience en négociation d’actions et d'options
- Certification CCVM et cours en produits dérivés
- Excellentes compétences de communication écrite et orale
- Connaissance approfondie des marchés de capitaux
- Capacité à gérer plusieurs projets simultanément
