As a SugarCRM developer, your role is to analyze, assess and create enhancements for SugarCRM.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop concepts and ideas in conjunction with the professional services teams as needed for different projects or blueprints.
• Develop code in specific languages as required for given product to meet requirements provided by Solutions Consultant, Business Analyst and/or Implementation Managers.
• Participate in troubleshooting code issues as needed including bug issues or review more complex code or database related issues.
• Participate in quality assurance testing and code reviews (peer) to ensure quality of code while providing feedback for improvement to others.
• Maintain certifications in the products that the developer primarily develops for in addition to experience/training in specific development languages.

Qualifications

• REQUIRED : At least 2 or 3 years of SugarCRM experience.
• Languages required include JavaScript, PHP and MySQL.
• A bachelor's degree in computer science, information management or equivalent combination of experience.
• Knowledge of software development practice, concepts/methodologies (i.e., Waterfall, Agile, Iterative), and technologies obtained through formal training and/or work experience.
• An understanding of industry standards and standard business capabilities.
• A deep understanding and problem-solving ability of Information Technology, of various complexities.
• Expert verbal & written communication skills; additionally, expert analytical, problem-solving, and influence skills.
• An expert ability to collaborate and act as part of a team, with a focus on cross-group collaboration.
• Expert data-driven decision-making skills.

• Fully remote.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $80,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
