Capital Markets QA Lead with Automation Focus

Step into a leadership role as a Capital Markets QA Lead, where you will champion high-quality delivery in enterprise transformation projects. Your expertise in automation with Playwright and Python will be crucial for project success. You will lead QA activities across various initiatives, focusing on comprehensive integration testing and validation. Your hands-on knowledge will contribute to designing effective testing strategies and mentoring both onshore and offshore QA teams. In this vital role, you will engage in Agile ceremonies and work closely with stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead QA for data hub integration initiatives
- Validate UI, API, and database with precision
- Create test strategies and execute plans
- Address defects and track resolution processes
- Mentor junior team members and lead collaboration efforts
- 7-10+ years of QA experience, 2+ years in lead
- Proven expertise in Capital Markets and WMT
- Background in functional and integration testing
- Automation experience with Playwright
- Strong SQL and communication skills
