Location: Guelph-Wellington
Work Hours: 7.5 hours per day Monday to Friday. Shifts will vary between 7:00am – 6:00pm.

Pension Plan
Full-time employees can join our group pension plan after two consecutive years of employment. Employees contribute 5% of their gross earnings per pay, which the Y, matches. After three consecutive years of service, participation in the YMCA pension plan becomes mandatory for full-time employees.

What will you do…
You will be a part of a dynamic childcare admin team and will be responsible for managing Child Care administrative functions (e.g., data input, running reports, billing families, wait lists etc.) and providing the Child Care leadership team with support. You will become a subject matter expert on the system that drives our business turning your knowledge of the data into actionable insights.
What will you bring…
Ideally, you have over 2 years experience of administrative experience that includes working with MS office and a related post secondary education- Kindertales experience an asset. You are tech savvy and have exceptional attention to detail and troubleshooting skills. You are a self-starter and effective communicator with a focus on building strong relationships and partnerships. You have demonstrated the ability to work independently and achieve set goals. You are a continuous learner that aims to stay up to date with current technology.
