Priority Technology Senior Software Engineer

Take your software engineering skills to the next level at Priority Technology Holdings, Inc. as a Senior Software Engineer focusing on AI-driven developments. You'll design and implement scalable systems that transform our financial platform. With over 5 years of engineering experience, you will play a critical role in ensuring reliability through high-quality technical design. Work alongside product managers and engineers to enhance the customer experience while implementing complex software solutions. Strong architectural and technical judgment will guide you in this position. Key Responsibilities:
- Design, deliver, and maintain systems for reliability
- Lead technical design assessments and trade-offs
- Drive implementation aligned with product requirements
- Create and enforce automated testing strategies
- Collaborate on defining and tracking system performance metrics
- 5+ years of software engineering experience
- Strong grasp of TDD and best development practices
- Experience with APIs and service-oriented designs
- Proficient in Node.js/NestJS, AWS, and CI/CD tools
- Experienced in mentoring and developing junior engineers
