Your leadership will help shape iconic transformation programmes in the public sector, ensuring optimal performance and support. Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and convert new business opportunities
- Support design and delivery of tech-enabled transformation programmes
- Manage senior stakeholder relationships within Defence
- Oversee engagement commercials and risk management
- Mentor junior team members while developing transformation tools
- UK national eligible for BPSS and SC clearance
- Experience in Defence public sector with strong industry networks
- Demonstrated success in tech-enabled transformation programmes
- Proven ability to forecast costs and manage budgets
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
