GCP Java Developer with Mentoring Skills

We are looking for a skilled developer with over 4 years of Java experience and a solid grasp of object-oriented design. You will work with modern frameworks such as Spring and design cloud-native solutions using GCP technologies. This role involves mentoring junior developers and providing architecture design guidance. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver code independently, meeting the Definition of Done
- Mentor junior developers through pair-programming
- Provide design guidance within established architecture
- Debug and troubleshoot using advanced tools
- Implement secure coding practices and understand vulnerabilities
- 4+ years of Java development experience
- Proficient in object-oriented design
- 3+ years working with GCP technologies
- Experience in developing with Spring Framework
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, Master’s degree desired
