Senior Accountant Focused on Construction Finance

Shape the future of our construction projects as a Senior Accountant. This role incorporates financial oversight and strategic analysis in a dynamic sector. We seek an adaptable Senior Accountant with five or more years of experience in construction finance. Your role will encompass managing project budgets, analyzing cash flows, and reconciling accounts efficiently. A professional accounting designation and expertise in Excel are required for this challenging position. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee project financial data and reporting
- Conduct monthly variance analysis on budgets
- Manage reconciliation of budgets and invoices
- Liaise with lenders and prepare loan draw packages
- Prepare reports for internal and external parties
- 5+ years of accounting experience essential
- Professional Accounting Designation required
- Real estate development experience is a plus
- Advanced Excel skills needed
- Strong oral and written communication skills
