- Recruitment & Talent Advisory
- Manage the full recruitment cycle for a variety of positions.
- Build lasting relationships with candidates and guide them throughout their career journey.
- Conduct interviews, assess talent, and recommend candidates who align with client needs.
- Develop creative sourcing and networking strategies to attract qualified talent.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients on recruitment challenges and workforce needs.
- Client Relationship & Business Development
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Identify opportunities to support clients with additional staffing and HR solutions.
- Visit client sites to better understand their operations, culture, and hiring needs.
- Contribute to business growth through networking and relationship building.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional client service.
- Employee Management
- Support employees throughout their assignments and ensure a positive employee experience.
- Monitor attendance, schedules, and time approvals.
- Partner with our Health & Safety team to promote safe workplace practices.
- Perform any other related tasks.

Exigences du poste
- Experience in recruitment, staffing, human resources, sales, customer service, or account management.
- Ability to build strong professional relationships and influence stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Valid driver's licence and access to a vehicle for client visits.
- Experience in the staffing industry is considered a strong asset.
