Oracle EPM Financial Planning Manager

Lead financial analysis and planning as a Manager in Financial Planning and Analysis, focusing on Oracle EPM strategies. Deliver critical insights for business planning and decision-making processes. The Manager, FP&A, will oversee comprehensive financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting initiatives across designated business segments. By collaborating closely with business leaders, you will provide insightful analyses that drive operational results and advance the adoption of AI tools to modernize workflows within FP&A. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage forecast, annual budget, and Long-Range Planning
- Drive financial strategy formulation for segments
- Conduct financial modeling and scenario analysis
- Ensure alignment on cross-functional project goals
- Promote AI tool adoption for enhanced FP&A accuracy
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field
- MBA, CPA, or CMA preferred
- 5–7 years in FP&A or corporate finance
- Strong knowledge of Oracle EPM Planning
- Experience in driving process improvements
