EY Director Tax Resource Management

This pivotal role requires overseeing the RM strategy for effective client engagement staffing and the development of Tax professionals. You will analyze operational results, lead annual planning activities, and ensure comprehensive quality controls in collaboration with leadership and local teams. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage deployment aligning resources with strategic objectives
- Direct annual staff planning and financial contribution processes
- Provide analyses to support ongoing forecasting
- Resolve open staffing issues in a timely manner
- Lead the change management for new staffing tools
- 10+ years in Resource Management or similar
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Background in managing large technological changes
- Ability to influence and a client-service focus
