Manage comprehensive real estate tax solutions focusing on assessments and consulting. Lead a dedicated team in delivering exceptional client services and achieving financial targets while promoting overall wellness. In this impactful role, you’ll coordinate property tax services, including assessment reviews and representation during appeals. Your responsibilities will also involve mentoring team members, conducting strategic planning, and engaging in business development efforts. You'll ensure compliance with regulations while enhancing market presence and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
- Direct all aspects of real estate tax services
- Manage team acquisition, development, and performance
- Ensure optimal client service and operational compliance
- Participate in budgeting and revenue generation
- Conduct thorough assessments and research for clients
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
- 10+ years of relevant professional experience
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Valid driver's license is required
