Implementation Lead, Support Services Uhnbc Tower

Position Summary
Are you a results-driven leader with a passion for healthcare operations? Northern Health is seeking an Implementation Lead, Support Services - UHNBC Tower to lead key projects and ensure readiness across essential support service areas.

The Implementation Lead, Support Services - UHNBC Tower is responsible for leading the coordination and completion of projects, initiatives and operational readiness of Food, EVS (Environmental Services) and Laundry Services within the UHNBC Tower expressly assigned by the Chief Project Officer (UHNBC). The incumbent provides project management, process improvement and change management leadership, expertise, education, facilitation and coaching to team members assigned to priority operational projects related to the UHNBC Tower Project. The incumbent resolves operational issues for assigned priority projects in adherence with guidelines set by the CPO and serves as a principle point of contact for all members of identified projects, enabling performance improvement and excellence in care and service.

Starting salary will be approximately from $90,770 to $113,462 and will be based on education, training, experience, and salaries of similar positions.

Qualfications
• Bachelor's degree in Nutrition/Dietetics, Business Administration, Health Care Administration, Public Administration or a similar field and three (3) to five (5) years related experience, preferably in healthcare, or project management, or and equivalent combination of education, training and experience.

• Demonstrated analytical problem solving to develop progressive, creative and innovative solutions.
• Working knowledge of human resource policies and practices, related legislation and applicable collective agreements.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills to present and prepare concise analyses, reports and recommendations and to consult with individuals at all levels of the organization.
• Knowledge of quality improvement principles and resources.
• Ability to demonstrate clear understanding of complex systems and skill in bridging issues amongst stakeholders.
• Ability and willingness to travel.
• Ability to build relationships across all levels, including the ability to overcome resistance, develop buy in and coach, mentor and educate.
• Ability to negotiate and influence within a collaborative framework.
• Ability to work effectively, both independently and as part of a team.
