Embark on a Co-op career at the Canadian Security Intelligence Service (CSIS) specializing in Change Management. CSIS is inviting applications for its Winter 2028 Co-op program focusing on pivotal Change and Project Management functions. As a student participant, you will enhance skills around change roadmaps, readiness assessments, and workshop facilitation. Candidates will actively engage in crucial projects that ensure efficiency and adherence to best practices in the department. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement change roadmaps with Change Management Advisors
- Conduct readiness assessments to identify barriers
- Facilitate change workshops and engagement sessions
- Support communication strategies for stakeholder buy-in
- Prepare reports on project effectiveness and readiness
- Enrolled in a relevant post-secondary program
- Experience with group projects and problem-solving
- Proficiency in EXCEL and data analysis
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Previous volunteer or practical experience
