Rôle et responsabilités

L’équipe de Support Technique au Clients est un groupe dynamique d’ingénieurs possédant une diversité de compétences et d’expériences. L'équipe fournit un support aux clients de Dassault Systèmes sur une variété de logiciels dans le monde entier. Chaque membre de l'équipe apporte son expertise et son point de vue unique pour résoudre un large éventail de problèmes tout en collaborant sur des sujets variés.

Si vous aimez apprendre de nouvelles choses tout en travaillant avec un groupe amical de personnes hautement qualifiées, cela pourrait être un excellent choix pour vous.

En tant que stagiaire au sein de notre équipe Support Technique au Clients, vous trierez, analyserez et résoudrez différents problèmes rencontrés par nos clients de l'industrie aérospatiale. Ce stage vous permettra d'élargir vos connaissances sur les produits Dassault-Systèmes (CATIA V5 & ENOVIA et 3DExperience). Vous travaillerez avec un groupe de stagiaires en soutien à une équipe d'ingénieurs travailleurs et expérimentés qui partageront avec vous leur connaissance pratique des solutions Dassault-Systèmes. Tout cela dans un environnement diversifié et stimulant. Vous serez amené à interagir avec différents clients, fournisseurs et services internes, y compris les développeurs en R&D et en Opérations. Créer et maintenir une documentation en constante évolution sur une plate-forme interne pour maximiser notre efficacité. Outre ce qui précède, le sens de l’aventure et la volonté de s’amuser grâce au travail sont d’excellents outils à notre disposition.

Qualifications

Une certaine connaissance des domaines suivants est inestimable :

  • Étudiant de premier cycle en génie mécanique, aérospatial ou gestion de production automatisée.
  • Langue(s) Français & Anglais, écrites et parlées

Les zones suivantes ne sont pas obligatoires mais agréables à avoir :

  • Une expérience en service à la clientèle est un atout.
  • La connaissance des produits Dassault Systèmes (CATIA V5, ENOVIA) est un atout.

Contrainte

  • En raison des règles de contrôle des exportations, les candidats doivent appartenir à l'une de ces 3 catégories ;
    • Citoyen Canadien ou résident permanent
    • Citoyen des Etas-Unis 

Ce poste nécessite le bilinguisme puisque le candidat sera appelé à travailler et à communiquer, à l’oral et à l’écrit, avec des partenaires/clients/collègues francophones et anglophones.

Compétences personnelles

De solides compétences en communication sont essentielles pour les situations face aux clients. La capacité d’apprendre rapidement et de s’adapter à différents environnements de travail (travail d’équipe et autonomie). Il est utile de pouvoir communiquer de manière claire et utile. Nos projets ont tendance à avoir un haut degré de transparence, il est donc crucial d'aider les autres à comprendre notre travail.

Role & Responsibilities

The Customer Support Help Desk team is a dynamic team of engineers with a diversity of skills and backgrounds. The team provides Dassault Systemes customers support on a variety of software is worldwide. Each member on the team brings his/her expertise and unique perspective to solving a wide array of problems while collaborating on various subject matters.

If you enjoy learning new things while working with a friendly group of highly skilled individuals, this could be a great fit for you!

As an Intern at our Customer Support Help Desk, you will sort out, analyze and solve different problems encountered by our clients in the aerospace industry. This internship will allow you to widen your knowledge on Dassault-Systemes products (CATIA V5 & ENOVIA and 3DExperience). You will work with a group of intern in supporting with a team of hard working and experienced engineers who will share with you their hands-on knowledge of Dassault-Systemes solutions. All this in a diversified and stimulating environment. You will be asked to interface with various customers, Suppliers and internal departments, including developers in R&D and Operations. Build and maintain an ever-growing array documentation on an internal platform to maximize our efficiency. Besides the above, a sense of adventure and a willingness to have fun through work are great tools at our disposal.

Qualifications

Some knowledge of the following areas is invaluable:

  • Undergraduate student in mechanical, aerospace engineering or management of automated production.
  • Language(s) French & English, written and spoken

The following areas are not required but nice to have:

  • Experience in customer service is an asset.
  • Knowledge of Dassault Systemes products (CATIA V5, ENOVIA) is an asset.

Constraints:

Due to Export Control rules, candidates must be one of these 3 categories

  • Canadian citizen or permanent resident
  • United-States citizen

This position requires bilingualism as the candidate will be required to work and communicate, both orally and in writing, with French- and English-speaking partners/clients/colleagues.

Personal Skills

Strong communication skills are essential for customer facing situations. The ability to learn quickly and to adapt to different work environments (teamwork and autonomy). It helps to be able to communicate in clear and helpful ways. Our projects tend to have a high degree of transparency, so helping others understand our work is crucial.
