Job Overview:
Join team at Marigold Med Spa -training as a Spa Manager, where you will oversee the daily operations and lead a team dedicated to providing exceptional spa services. We are committed to delivering a luxurious and relaxing experience to our clients, and we are looking for a skilled and passionate individual to manage our spa efficiently.
Duties:
- Manage all aspects of the spa, including staff supervision, scheduling, and inventory control.- Ensure high-quality service delivery by training and motivating spa staff.- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.- Monitor financial performance, prepare budgets, and optimize revenue streams.- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting spa environment for clients.- Collaborate with vendors for product procurement and maintain vendor relationships.- Stay updated on industry trends and implement best practices in spa management.
Experience:
- Proven experience in spa management or a related field.- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team.- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.- Knowledge of spa treatments, products, and industry standards.- Proficiency in financial management and budgeting.
