Summary

As an Operations Supervisor at EY Centre, you will play a key role in overseeing the daily operations of our exhibition facility. This position is vital to ensuring that events run smoothly and efficiently while delivering exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead the operations crew during event setup and teardown.
• Coordinate equipment, furnishings, and materials for event configurations as specified by floor plans and event requirements.
• Ensure all tasks are completed safely, on time, and in accordance with EY Centre guidelines and regulations.
• Communicate with the Event Coordination team to meet client expectations.
• Conduct pre- and post-event inspections to identify and report maintenance needs or damage.
• Train new operations staff and ensure adherence to facility protocols.
• Maintain inventory of event operations supplies and equipment.

Requirements:

• Proven experience supervising a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Direct experience with event setup and logistics.
• Strong leadership, time management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to interpret floor plans and execute based on specific layouts.
• Must be available to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physically capable of performing tasks including lifting, walking, and standing for extended periods.
• WHMIS certification or willingness to obtain it is an asset.

Pay: $48,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
