Neura Market
Reddit is seeking a Senior Staff Data Scientist to lead measurement and signal systems for Ads. You will define the long-term data science vision, drive cross-pillar strategies, and build frameworks for lift, attribution, and privacy-aware measurement. You will champion scalable experimentation and connect measurement improvements to advertiser outcomes.
You will mentor senior scientists, influence cross-functional leaders, and shape the data science blueprint for a privacy-first ad ecosystem.
