Personal Assistant to Managing Director

Job Responsibility:

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a dedicated Personal Assistant to support our Director in daily administrative tasks..

**Responsibilities:**

- Manage the Director's calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings

- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls

- Assist in preparing documents, reports, and presentations using software like Google Suite

- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently

- Maintain office organization by managing files and records

- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders

- Assist with proofreading documents for accuracy

- Handle administrative tasks as assigned by the Director

**Skills:**

- Strong IT Skills with microsoft products (preferably organizing several emails daily)

- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills

- Strong proofreading abilities to ensure accuracy in written materials

- - Competency in data entry with attention to detail

- - Ability to organize files and maintain administrative systems efficiently

- Proficiency in using Google Suite for document management

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
