MOTIVE is seeking a Junior Sales Operations Specialist (Bi-lingual Spanish and English) to join our Sales Operations team. This remote role focuses on Salesforce optimization, data integrity, and forecasting improvements.

You will analyze pipeline health, develop dashboards, ensure pricing and order accuracy, and partner with finance, marketing, product and customer success to drive sales performance. The ideal candidate has 2–5 years in business analysis, strong Salesforce skills, and effective
