Product Manager for Consumer Loyalty

Affirm, Inc.

Shape the future of consumer loyalty at Affirm by crafting an innovative program from the ground up. Leverage insights to create a compelling rewards system that ensures repeat usage and optimal customer engagement. As a Staff Product Manager, you'll lead the vision and roadmap for Affirm’s loyalty program. This role emphasizes foundational work including establishing success metrics, building engagement loops, and ensuring compliance across various sectors. Your expertise will be pivotal in launching rewards, tiers, and personalized experiences that keep users coming back for more. Key Responsibilities:

Own the vision and development of the loyalty program
Launch rewards systems and member benefits
Build engagement loops for user retention
Establish measurement foundations and tune rates
Coordinate with cross-functional teams on compliance and design

Requirements:

8+ years in Product Management experience
Proven history with loyalty programs or rewards systems
Strong background in data analysis and attribution
Excellent cross-functional leadership skills
Familiarity with fintech or regulated opportunities
