Assistant Produce Manager at Farm Boy

Join Farm Boy as an Assistant Produce Manager and elevate the customer experience through engaging service. Collaborate closely with the Department Manager to create a welcoming, high-performing environment. In this key role, you will enhance customer service and operational success in the produce department. Working alongside the Department Manager, you will support team development through coaching and guidance. Your leadership will help achieve departmental goals while maintaining a safe and clean shopping experience for everyone. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service daily
- Collaborate with management on strategies and goals
- Facilitate team huddles for engagement and recognition
- Support daily operational tasks and inventory management
- Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures
- Post-secondary education in business or related field
- Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in a similar role
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
