Elevate your career as a Senior Oracle Fusion CRM Consultant, leveraging over 5 years of business analysis experience in a dynamic environment. We are seeking a highly skilled consultant with a minimum of 5 years as a Business Analyst and at least 2 years of CRM system experience, ideally with Oracle Fusion Cloud Sales and Service. You will be crucial in gathering requirements across multiple CRM functionalities and collaborating with executives and managers. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential in this agile-focused role. Key Responsibilities:
- Gather CRM requirements for various functionalities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize project tasks
- Analyze business needs and translate them into solutions
- Present findings and proposals to management
- Work within Agile methodology to deliver results
- 5+ years as a Business Analyst in complex environments
- 2+ years experience with CRM systems, preferably Oracle
- Relevant degree in business or IT
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proven problem-solving abilities
