Shape acquisition strategy and enterprise growth as Director of Finance at EDL Building Solutions, based primarily from the Edmonton office.Reporting to the Vice President, you will partner with the President on strategy, governance, and decisions shaping EDL's future. You will lead Finance, Human Resources, and Information Technology while building systems and capability for repeatable growth.Key Responsibilities:
Partner with senior leaders on strategy, governance, and future decisionsLead financial aspects of acquisitions, valuation, diligence, financing, and integrationOwn forward looking reporting, budgets, and rolling forecastsDrive enterprise value through earnings, cash generation, and invested capital returnsLead Finance, HR, and IT teams toward accountable executionRequirements:
Professional accounting designation, CPA or equivalentSeveral years leading a finance function at senior levelHands on mergers and acquisitions experience across required stagesMulti entity and inter company accounting experienceStrong commercial judgment and constructive leadership challengeApply financial leadership, acquisition expertise, and commercial judgment to help EDL Building Solutions build its platform company.
