Senior Human Resources Leader Nunavik

Transform HR practices for NHB in Nunavik as the Senior Director of Human Resources, ensuring culturally aligned employee engagement and effective team management.
As a key figure at NHB, you will spearhead HR initiatives across fourteen communities, focusing on employee development and effective labour relations. Your expertise will help synchronize the HR function with the organization’s goals, promoting a positive work environment that reflects the unique characteristics of Nunavik.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead development of HR practices and policies
• Supervise HR team performance and engagement
• Execute talent acquisition and employee integration plans
• Advise on performance management and compliance
• Oversee compensation and benefits administration
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in industrial relations or HR
• Minimum 10 years of HR experience, 6 in management
• Familiarity with Quebec labour regulations
• Proven experience in multicultural HR environments
• Bilingual in French and English; Inuktitut an asset
