Compensation Range: Between $55,500 - $102,500 CDN annually

The Associate in Program Management supports the Program Manager in planning, executing, and delivering projects within scope, budget, and timeline.

Essential Functions:

• Assists in developing project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Coordinates tasks and milestones to ensure smooth project execution.
• Tracks progress against timelines and deliverables.
• Supports communication between the client, vendors, and internal teams.
• Facilitates meetings, prepare project reports, and maintain documentation.
• Provides guidance and support to team members to resolve issues and maintain productivity.
• Monitors project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Escalates issues and recommend corrective actions as needed.
• Ensures adherence to project management methodologies, quality standards, and organizational policies.
• Supports audits, reviews, and post-project evaluations.
• Helps track project expenditures and ensure budget adherence.
• Contributes to procurement planning and resource allocation.

Qualifications: 

• Professional Experience in project management minimum 3 years.
• Bachelor degree in administration or engineering is an asset.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, and Outlook).
• Experience with Budget Management, Data Entry & Management, Strong Communication Skills, Attention to Detail.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Must be eligible for registration with the Controlled Goods Program;
• Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a government of Canada Reliability status and Secret Level 2/NATO Secret security clearance.
