Job Responsibilities:
Assist with all duties during our farming season from seeding through harvest and beyond.
Maintain equipment and farm infrastructure.
Deliver crop products to market
Operate farm machinery and vehicles safely and efficiently.
Help with general farm maintenance and repairs.
Adhere to all safety and environmental guidelines.
Ideal Candidate:
Experience in farm work is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person.
Class 1 License is preferred but not required and we will hire new drivers.
Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to work in all weather conditions.
Physically fit and able to perform manual labor.
Knowledge of machinery and tools is beneficial.
Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
