The Opportunity
Viti Wine and Lager (Seymour) is looking for enthusiastic and hardworking Sales Associates to join our team. Experience is not necessary – we are just looking for someone with the same passion for food and the hospitality industry as we have!
Must have a flexible schedule and be available evenings & weekends (PART TIME)
What You’ll Do
- Cash handling
- Customer service
- Inventory control
- Stock receiving and replenishing
- Daily store maintenance
- Other duties as assigned
What You Have
- 1+ years of experience in working in a liquor store or restaurant setting is preferred.
- Knowledge of and interest in liquor products is an asset.
- Must be the age of majority to serve alcoholic beverages with a valid Serving it Right certificate.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Basic computer and POS experience.
- Previous exposure to inventory control procedures and counts.
- Must be available to work on weekends and evenings. (store closes at 11 pm)
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada to be considered.
