About the Opportunity

As a staff accountant, you'll be one of the core pillars of our team working directly with other team members to provide high-quality services to our clients. Your duties will include preparing and compiling tax and information returns, delivering advisory services, researching & mastering the latest solutions, and contributing to the success of the entire team. This position will allow for hybrid or fully remote options.

Your Duties & Responsibilities

• Preparing and compiling tax and information returns
• Learning and mastering the latest cloud-based accounting tools
• Assisting with client advisory services
• Assisting with bookkeeping, payroll, and other accounting tasks
• Other projects as needed

Your Skills & Experience

• Enrolled in, or are planning to enroll in the CPA program
• Completed a B-Comm or equivalent with a focus on accounting
• Strong communication skills, both oral & written
• Ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships
• Organized, deadline-driven, and work well independently and as part of a team
• Interest in learning and trying out new software/technologies
• Can work effectively in office or from home
