Toronto Senior Network Security Engineer

Join a large public sector organization as a Toronto-based Senior Network Security Engineer. Play a key role in optimizing cybersecurity initiatives and enterprise infrastructure. In this hybrid role, you will be at the forefront of addressing complex networking and security challenges. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will lead the design of secure architecture while managing high-availability infrastructure critical to public services. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead design and implementation of enterprise network solutions
- Manage key technologies including F5 and Checkpoint
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and manage incident response
- Troubleshoot network traffic to enhance security measures
- Collaborate on compliance and scalability of infrastructure
- 10+ years in infrastructure and cybersecurity
- Expertise in F5 LTM, APM, and ASM
- Experience with high-availability networks and proxies
- Understanding of security best practices and authentication
- Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
