Strategic Senior Business Analyst for ServiceNow Applications Support

Make an impact as a Senior Business Analyst focusing on ServiceNow and application optimization. Engage in this hybrid role to elevate business processes and strengthen application management.
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will oversee crucial assessments of software applications within the Application Portfolio Modernization Program. This role demands excelling in business and technical analysis, including requirements gathering, workflow documentation, and legacy system evaluations. Your collaborative efforts will enhance User Acceptance Testing and training materials for users.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate requirements sessions with diverse stakeholders
• Create business documentation and process maps
• Analyze legacy applications for potential migration pathways
• Support ServiceNow module configurations and testing
• Lead efforts in process improvement initiatives
Requirements:
• Degree in IT Management or Business required
• 5+ years of business analysis experience essential
• CBAP certification in good standing required
• Familiarity with ServiceNow platform and SQL
• Strong analytical and leadership skills
Leverage your skills to drive application enhancements and maximize stakeholder alignment effectively.
