• Manage user queries related to leases and billing
• Liaise with Technical Services for timely issue resolution
• Support user appreciation initiatives and tenant surveys
• Ensure efficient completion of property information requests
• Assist in emergency situations and safety programs

Requirements:

• 2+ years in a customer-driven administrative role
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word
• Experience with Yardi preferred
• Ability to thrive under pressure
